indiana_jIt took me an extra hour to get to work this morning. WTF traffic, wtf? I can take 1 1/2 hours commuting (normal time), I can even take 2 hours (rough traffic) but 2 1/2 is really, really pushing it.
*sigh* At least I have Thursday, Friday and Monday off since I have to use up the rest of my vacation before 12/31. It won't all be relaxing (Marion's getting her bits out tomorrow, so I have to drop her off between 7 and 8 in the morning; I need to go to the DMV and get my eyes checked on Monday) but it'll be better than being at work, that's for sure!
And, actually, since I'm going to be up early tomorrow anyway, I think I'll go and hang out at Starbucks with the Eee(eeee) for a while, maybe hit up the used bookstore since I've still got credits (woo!) and just enjoy a day out. As cheaply as I can manage. ;)
