indiana_j1) I had shark for the first time ever today. It was pretty good but not as flavorful as I thought it was going to be.
2) Steered a boat! We did a two hour sunset cruise on the Chesapeake from Annapolis, MD aboard the Woodwind (the boat that you see in The Wedding Crashers, actually) and they let folks come up to take the wheel. I did it for about 15 - 20 minutes, I think, and man, that's harder than it looks.
Between Lauren's birthday party yesterday (also, again, Happy Birthday, Lauren!) and today's outing with Marissa to Annapolis, it's been a fantastic weekend.
I overspent and overate but that's what the summer is for (I picked up a very nice vintage button necklace for myself and wore it around town). I am also exhausted, so it's bed time for me.
