Cook, cook, cook

My menu planning for this week looks like this:

Tonight, Sirloin Stroganoff.
Tuesday, Veggie chili
Wednesday, treat myself, get Indian take out
Thursday, Turkey rolls cordon bleu.

Friday, profit from leftovers. XD

I'm actually rather looking forward to making the chili as it has a few ounces of chocolate before and I'm intrigued.

...all right, I mainly did this to use my cooking icon. ^.^  But also because I'm pleased that I'm keeping to a fairly good cooking schedule.

Edit:  Opinion of Sirloin Stroganoff.  HOLY CRAP, this is tasty.  Sirloin steak, red onions, mushrooms...again, Weight Watchers book. o.O  Who knew their recipes were so good?

Weird, I'm making sirloin stroganoff tonight as well. I'm taking it out of the oven in about fifteen minutes.

Ooh, yours is oven baked? I did mine on the stove top.

It's a combination of the two. I brown the sirloin and a couple other ingredients on the stove before transferring it to the baking pan and sticking it in the oven. It's a weird little recipe I got from a friend (the crust calls for potato chips), but it's very, very tasty.
