A thought on Resident Evil ...

Seriously, who does the recruiting for Umbrella?  It's like with the exception of a few (Alice, Dr. Ashford - and even he's a bit dodgy -, Carlos and his friends from #2), most Umbrella staff seem to be amoral assholes.  And Umbrella is a global organization - how many amoral assholes are there in the world?

(God, I love this series so much.)
