Jan. 25th, 2011 09:10 pm1. An entire thing of freshly made ziti is in my kitchen. Food Network wins the prize, probably because it had 3 different kinds of cheeses in it. Tweaked it a bit and added ground beef.
2. Wine. Marissa opened up the Cupcake wine bottle and it's very good. Doesn't taste like a cupcake but it's a very good white wine.

4. I'm going to be making Oxtail Bourguignonne at Lauren's this weekend - looking forward to hanging out with her, browsing the market and cooking. :D
5. The Food Network Recipe Manager is the BEST THING IN THE UNIVERSE. It satisfies both my cooking obsession and my obsession with databases / entering things in.
