What my schedule looks like for the next few weeks:

Today:  get out of the damned apartment, spend some time by myself that's not in my room or online.  Enjoy the sun.
Tomorrow:  Lunch with Taffy at 1.
Next Friday night:  Dinner at Lauren's
Saturday:  Night out with Lauren and Hilly
Sunday:  Amanda's birthday/house warming party
Saturday after that: fly to England! (Land on Sunday, am in Ireland on Tuesday through that week and then Scotland for a few days the following week.)

I'm not even thinking of all the work that needs to get done between now and then.  But I do know when some money settles in my account I need to:

-Get highlights (maybe tomorrow if it goes through?).  Thinking a warm honey brown color.
-Go into DC to use the coupon for the manicure/eyebrow wax.  Maybe next Saturday morning before the hanging out.

I am now the proud owner of a pair of cute ballerina flat type shoes, a rice cooker that I've named Bippy, a knife block (because yes, MY therapy shopping includes knives), a picture for my bathroom and part of deathpixie 's Christmas gift.  ...which my cat is currently sitting on. *sigh*

I also indulged and got my hair washed at hair cuttery...

Did you know that they charge $10 for "long hair".  My hair isn't long.  It's just below (edits: okay, maybe more than just below shoulder length) and so a $16 wash went to $26.  WTH?  And she kept smacking me in the head with the brush and blaming it on my thick hair.  It's thick, not murderous, lady.

Eh, it was still mostly relaxing and I got everything else at really, really good prices so I'm very happy right now.
