indiana_jOkay! So the rice pudding seems to be turning out! If everything else goes horribly wrong, I can at least feed my guests that! (It's tasty but warm now so I'll taste test it tomorrow after it's been in the fridge.) Tomorrow the caramel apple topping for it gets made, as does the spinach dip.
