They're all about taking the (often background) female characters in Star Trek & giving them their moment in the spotlight - & without short-changing them, even if they've screwed up (e.g. reboot Winona Kirk). Given the strong Jocelyn presence at the beginning, I think this fic'll work wonderfully there, even if it is from McCoy's point of view.
