That should be the name of my cooking blog - that or the Forgetful Chef.  *sigh*  I'm making Shrimp Puffs (biscuits with shrimp, mayonaise, monterey jack cheese, fresh dill and scallion) and I had gotten confused / didn't read properly about how to build them.  You're supposed to split the unbaked biscuit in two and load up both halves with the filling and then bake.

Iiii misunderstood and tried to figure out how, exactly, to wrap these in each half.  Basically, I went "Wait - What Would Frito Do?  Wantons Wontons!"  Or, well, vaguely wanton-wonton-ish shaped.

I mean, it's not going to effect the taste, I don't think but that's not really how they're supposed to look ... *wry*

I'll do an update when they come out of the oven.

Edit the morning after: I still blame the Mac. ;)
