Time out in the sun!

And the rain.  And the warmth.  And the cold.  The weather was having fits but it was a pretty nice day outside when it wasn't spazzing out.  I went to the Kentlands with Amanda and Marissa today - we were going to a Moroccan place for Marissa's birthday dinner that night but before then we went to a wedding convention thing.  I've never gone to one before but, oh man, so much neat stuff there.

Chocolate covered strawberries with cheesecake inside. o.o  

There was much sampling and oohing and ahhing of things; we also got nice little hand massages. :D

After puttering around in Starbucks, we went over for the birthday dinner.  Fantastic food, lots of laughing back and forth and I caught up with some folks I hadn't seen in a while.  I just got home about half an hour ago, so I've been out since like 2.  It's been a while since I've done that and it was really nice to have a girls day out and then meet up with folks for a huge dinner.
