Various packages have been shipped as of this afternoon, so that's one thing off the list. I also went grocery shopping today for the first time since the paycheck before DexCon and spent right up to my limit - I avoided getting a ton of preboxed 100 calorie things (though I couldn't resist the new 100 calorie almonds. Yum) and focused on getting various things I could put together.
Thanks to the power of the meat coupon, I landed about 7 different things of meat (that's what she said, I know, I know), including a thing of shrimp and salmon stuffed with crab. That combination, I think, might be tomorrow night's dinner.
Three planned meals for this week: vegetarian stuffed peppers for the house (I've got the fake meat, there's rice and I'll look online for more ingredients later); the salmon/crab with shrimp; and probably steak with one of the side dishes I bought today.
Now, I'm not feeling so hot, so I'm going to bum around the house for a bit.
