London

So, who's going to be around in England (namely London, I'll be an hour outside but there's a train I can take :) ) at the end of December and early part of January?  My very, very tentative dates are December 21 - January 13 (granted some of those I will be flying, so...) but I do want to get together with whoever wants to hang out.

We found out that we've got December 24 - 26 off, December 31 - January 1 off, so I'm using two days less of my actual vacation than I was thinking I was going to, sweet.  (And they'll probably close early on both Friday's, huzzah...not that it matters to me, really, but at least I'll get to claim the hours the office is closed as Administrative leave.)

And I won the door prize at the staff meeting -- $50 I didn't have before. :) (Well, less.  I rewarded myself with Starbucks today. *preen*)

It's been a pretty rough week work wise and trying to figure out money stuff (urgh, very rough) but I'm doing a bit better today.  I wasn't able to do much of XP as I wanted but seeing as I worked late again, I'm not surprised.  In fact, I might go to bed in a few...
