When the posse rolls into the town after the boy warns everyone - did anyone else notice the random midget cowboy scrambling to get out of the way of the horses?

Also, much to my surprise, Alan Tudyk, Kevin Durand and Luke Wilson were all in the movie.  I kept going "Wait, that's ___ !" throughout the entire movie.

Overall, that's probably one of the best movies I've seen in ages.  I'm only sorry it took me so long to watch it.  And, honestly, I love a good movie with an awesome bad guy and Crowe fit that bill so very well.

It's just that he has absolutely no idea what he did wrong. Nothing broken about his survival instincts but even as he's drawing down on Wade and dying he is utterly puzzled as to why?

To him, this is no different than the other things they've busted Wade out of prison or stopped him from going to prison. It's the ultimate betrayal and he has no idea why. That's sad and depressing.
