Oh man ...

Shrieking "The spring form pan's leaking!" is only good if there's someone else in the house with you.  (No, no, it's okay now.  The first time I use my spring form pan, though, and it's totally not for anything like a cheesecake.  I'm making a sausage and rice timbale from the Food Network magazine.)

It's in the oven now - and my kitchen is a disaster.  This was a messy dish to make.

And the damned spring form pan leaked.
