Waking up at 2 something in the morning due to a panic attack borne out of ... nothing? (I fell asleep on the couch around 9, woke at 10:30 and took myself to bed.) ... is never, ever fun. I don't know what triggered it, if it was a dream or if my brain has suddenly decided to turn to the dark side. By being an ass.
I seem to be doing better this morning though my nerves are all up in the air at the moment. I think when I calm down, I'm going to make some pancakes and figure out today's plans.
Ugh. My brain is not my friend this week.
