Just remember to look at the tiny details too, like the locks on windows, look for any kind of mold, check the vents for circulation problems, check the appliances, stains on carpets, cracks in walls/ceilings, lock on door, leaky faucets, that sort of thing. Every little nook and cranny should be inspected, even if it takes 3 hours. I have to work late tonight because Matt called out, so I'll be getting off around 4:15.
