I think the Doctor sleeps like he changes his jumper...very rarely. *grins* I know there are some ifs on the whole "half-human" (I'd read that in a fanfic and checked on it on the Wiki article), so I figured if that was true he has to sleep at least some time. (I mention, at the very least, that he sleeps much less than Rose.)
